About the role

The Law Offices of Richard Franzblau LLC is seeking an entry‑level Data Typist to support its legal team in Orlando, Florida. This full‑time position focuses on accurate transcription and organization of legal documents, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe and enter data from legal documents, client correspondence, and case files into the firm’s database and case‑management system.
• Review entries for errors, correct inaccuracies, and maintain high‑quality output.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information in line with professional standards.
• Organize and manage both physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
• Prepare and sort documents to streamline the data‑entry workflow.
• Adhere to data‑integrity and security policies.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys as needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated typing speed with high accuracy; prior data‑entry experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precise work.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple tasks.
