Entry-Level Data Typist

About the role

The Law Offices of Richard Franzblau LLC is looking for an entry‑level Data Typist to join its Orlando office. You will be responsible for accurately entering and organizing legal data, ensuring confidentiality and supporting the legal team’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Transcribe and enter data from legal documents, client correspondence, and case files into the firm’s database and case‑management system.
• Review entered information for errors, correct inaccuracies, and maintain high data quality standards.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and firm information in line with legal and professional standards.
• Organise and manage both physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
• Prepare and sort documents to create an efficient workflow for data entry.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.

Required profile

• Demonstrated typing speed with a high degree of accuracy (experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent command of English, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precise work.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Organisational and time‑management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus.
