Entry Level Customer Service Representative

About the role

This is an entry‑level position within the Travel Guard team, a leading travel insurance brand of Zurich Cover‑More. You will assist customers in understanding travel insurance options and help them select the right coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, delivering top‑notch service and accurate product information.
• Listen to customers' travel plans and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Document interactions precisely and professionally.
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to continuously build skills.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service experience.
• Ability to multi‑task, stay organized and work 2nd shift (12 pm‑10 pm) with rotating weekends.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in documenting information accurately.
