About the role
Berkshire Precision Tool, LLC is seeking an entry‑level CNC Machine Operator for its Pittsfield, MA production facility. The position works the third shift (11 PM – 7 AM, Monday‑Saturday) and includes on‑the‑job training for basic CNC equipment and material preparation tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
- Comply with all safety and health regulations
- Maintain a clean work area
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic math skills
- Detail‑oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Team player
