Entry Level Canvasser – Outdoor Sales Lead Generation

About the role

Rose Roofing & Restoration is seeking enthusiastic entry‑level canvassers to connect homeowners affected by severe weather with its roofing professionals. This field‑based position lets you set your own schedule, work outdoors, and earn based on performance while learning the fundamentals of a high‑earning sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Walk designated neighborhoods impacted by recent severe weather and start friendly conversations with homeowners.
• Identify homeowners interested in a complimentary roof inspection and introduce them to the Sales Manager.
• Assist homeowners with the information needed to begin the insurance claim process.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable striking up conversations with homeowners.
• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to work on your feet for several hours a day and enjoy outdoor activity.

What we offer

• $15.00 per hour plus performance‑based pay of $100–$200 per day, uncapped earnings.
• Flexible hours, typically from 11:00 AM until dusk, with weekly scheduling.
• Transportation provided during field hours and a supportive team environment.
• Opportunity to advance to Independent Sales Representative with potential earnings of $80,000–$200,000+.
