Entry Level Behavior Technician

About the role

Join a dedicated team delivering personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 3‑16. You will work one‑on‑one with clients in both in‑home and in‑center settings, helping them develop motor, social, cognitive, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Implement play‑based ABA sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record session data accurately.
• Use games, movement, and hands‑on activities to teach new skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for each child.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to track progress and adjust goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, personal car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to sit, stand, crouch, and work on the floor throughout the day.
• Physical stamina to stay active and engaged with young children.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
