Entry-Level Accountant – Multi-Branch Finance Team

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our fast‑growing finance team. In this entry‑level position you will handle daily bank reconciliations, support month‑end close activities, and serve as the primary contact for branch banking inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume daily bank reconciliations for multiple branches.
• Maintain and update reconciliation workbooks and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as misapplied payments.
• Process customer refunds and record related transactions.
• Utilize Sage Intacct for reconciliations, accounts payable, and journal entries.
• Assist with month‑end close and profit & loss reviews.
• Support additional finance projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of accounting experience in a high‑volume transaction environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Sage Intacct (or similar financial software).
