Enterprise Solutions Engineer (Remote, US)

About the role

Dash0 is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for its largest customers. This remote US‑based role bridges product capabilities with real‑world enterprise observability needs, delivering proofs of concept and guiding architecture discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native technologies.
• Translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0’s technical differentiators.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide architecture guidance, best practices, and reusable demo environments.
• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap based on technical insights.

Required profile

• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands‑on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborative mindset across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
