Enterprise Solutions Engineer – East Coast

About the role

Dash0 is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join its East Coast team. You will act as a trusted technical advisor for large enterprise customers, helping them design, demo, and validate observability solutions built on OpenTelemetry and cloud‑native technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and other cloud‑native tools.
• Translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable, maintainable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and run Proofs of Concept that showcase Dash0’s unique technical capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the preferred solution.
• Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Provide architecture guidance on telemetry data modeling, collector design, and best‑practice observability setups.
• Partner with Product Management to feed technical insights into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing.
• Hands‑on experience with instrumentation, telemetry ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform‑engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
