- Facilitate discussions on APIs, ETL/data pipelines, integrations, system outages and technical delivery constraints.
- Coordinate Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, customer data platforms, digital asset management and agency/vendor initiatives.
- Resolve blockers and competing priorities, and prepare executive presentations and decision recommendations for Directors, AVPs, VPs and SVPs.
- Manage program timelines and risks using Asana, Jira, Smartsheet or comparable platforms.
- Secondary: support phased AI-enabled marketing tool implementations and improve operational workflows for speed to market, scalability and accuracy.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of program or project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Experience across multiple simultaneous business and technical workstreams, with exposure to marketing, MarTech, CRM, lifecycle marketing or related transformation.
- Preferred: large-enterprise environment, B2C customer engagement and multi-level approval processes.
- Preferred: exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, CDPs, digital asset management, integrations or AI-enabled marketing programs; hands-on development not required.
Required skills
- Influential leadership, relationship building, conflict resolution and accountability without direct reporting authority.
- Requirements gathering, project governance, milestone/dependency management, risk mitigation and executive reporting.
- Technical fluency in APIs, ETL, data pipelines and platform dependencies; coding not required.
- Proficiency with Asana, Jira, Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools.
- Executive communication, presentation development, facilitation and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Remote position working U.S. business hours with Mountain, Central and Pacific Time stakeholders; no travel. Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year.
