Enterprise Architect – Strategic Technology Group

About the role

Infosys is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join its Strategic Technology Group (STG). The role focuses on shaping technology direction, delivering large‑scale solutions, and guiding clients through digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and align them with market demands.
• Design scalable, secure architectures that comply with standards and integrate with existing systems.
• Lead solution evaluation, assess client landscapes, and recommend stable, future‑proof solutions.
• Develop and communicate strategic roadmaps for transformation initiatives.
• Create integration plans that address risk, define short‑, medium‑ and long‑term milestones, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Senior technologist with deep expertise in software design, cloud‑native architectures, enterprise platforms, data engineering, and emerging technologies such as generative AI.
• Proven ability to provide architectural judgment, hands‑on leadership, and mentorship to development teams.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive best practices.
