About the role
Under supervision, the Enrollment Quality Assurance Analyst gathers and analyses enrollment data to spot trends, discrepancies and ensure accuracy, efficiency and regulatory compliance. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams and technology partners, acting as a subject‑matter expert on the department’s enrollment systems and reporting to the Eligibility and Enrollment Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Develop recurring and customized reports for leadership and issuers, presenting findings in clear visual formats.
- Create and maintain quality metrics, audit templates and reporting dashboards.
- Perform routine and targeted quality‑assurance reviews of enrollment cases, applications and system entries.
- Analyze enrollment reports such as effectuations, terminations, Special Enrollment Periods, Qualifying Life Events, Tier 2 error reports and reconciliation discrepancies.
- Monitor issuer enrollment performance and alignment with the exchange system, identifying improvement areas.
- Audit enrollment processes for adherence to procedures, standards and timelines.
- Document QA findings and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
- Provide constructive feedback to support corrective‑action planning.
- Liaise between Eligibility & Enrollment and the Technology Department to interpret business and data needs.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing of system enhancements or defects.
- Support special quality reviews, system testing and policy‑change initiatives.
- Participate in staff training, policy reviews and operational meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work under supervision while demonstrating strong analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Willingness to support continuous improvement and adapt to policy changes.
