Engineering Intern – Automotive Software Validation

About the role
Join Bosch’s Vehicle Motion Product Division as an Engineering Intern and contribute to the development of safety‑critical automotive software. You will work on active driving safety solutions, supporting the translation of customer requirements into testable features.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the import of customer requirements into the development environment.
- Analyze and link requirements to system functions and test cases.
- Collaborate with software engineers and feature owners to ensure clear requirement definitions.
- Work with test engineers to map appropriate test cases to requirements.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Automotive, or Computer Science) with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Interest in software validation for automotive products.
- Understanding of software verification and validation (V&V) methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Junior class standing.
Required skills
- Knowledge of embedded software development using C, C++, and MATLAB.
- Familiarity with requirements engineering practices.
- Experience with Agile development practices and project management tools.
