Engineering Change Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Change Coordinator to join Bosch’s Powertrain Solutions Customer Project Management team. The role focuses on managing engineering change processes, ensuring timely implementation of cost‑reduction and product improvements across the United States, Mexico and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process for product changes.
• Serve as a core member of the ECM Review Team, collaborating with Engineering and Quality leads.
• Approve Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and act as the Ford customer team representative.
• Evaluate ECR documentation for quality and completeness before customer communication.
• Act as the primary interface between change representatives and Customer Project Managers (PJMs).
• Organize and distribute communication and documentation to affected PJMs.
• Coordinate documentation of customer requirements and support internal ECR kick‑off meetings.
• Maintain a comprehensive change overview and report status to senior leadership.
• Contribute to quarterly reviews of ECM performance and KPI tracking.
• Share best practices across product lines.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, self‑driven and highly organized individual.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional, global environments.
• Experience in automotive or powertrain sectors is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
