Engagement Manager – Global Content

About the role

Veeva’s Global Content Practice is seeking an Engagement Manager to help life‑sciences customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data and AI. The role focuses on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change and measuring tangible business value across end‑to‑end content processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, large‑scale, global engagements as the end‑to‑end delivery lead.
• Build and navigate senior customer relationships, drive proposals and long‑term account strategy.
• Lead and inspire teams of 4+ consultants across multiple projects, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Manage project budgets of $1M+ and act as primary point of contact for project health and commercial success.
• Support brand‑building activities and develop internal IP to keep Veeva Business Consulting at the industry forefront.

Required profile

• 8+ years of life‑sciences consulting experience, preferably in business or management consulting.
• Proven track record managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Expertise in content operating models, med/legal/reg review and content strategy within the life‑sciences industry.
• Highly analytical problem‑solver with ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
