Engagement Manager – Client Services (Media & Entertainment)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Engagement Manager (Client Partner) in the Media & Entertainment sector to lead client relationships for a portfolio of $30‑50 million. Based in Los Angeles, you will work with senior client stakeholders to drive digital transformation and growth across media, broadcasting, streaming, gaming and publishing organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage senior client relationships and own the full opportunity cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and execute account plans, including revenue targets, pricing, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to ensure commitments are met and escalations are resolved.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and create solution proposals in partnership with solution leaders.
• Lead governance reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client accounts of $30‑50 million, preferably in Media & Entertainment.
• Strong ability to build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs and senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
