About the role

Alliance Coal and its subsidiaries offer paid internships that provide real‑world experience in the energy sector. Interns work on‑site at various locations across the United States for 2‑3 months, gaining exposure to operational, engineering and management functions.

Required profile

Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
Self‑starter with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be a United States citizen

Required skills

Good understanding of MS Office Suite

What we offer

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $25
Housing subsidy of $50 per month for rent and utilities when living more than 20 miles from the site
Flexible working hours to accommodate academic schedules
