Enablement Coordinator

About the role

The Enablement Coordinator supports the onboarding and adoption of procurement software and processes for new communities, business units, regions, and lines of business. The role provides hands‑on assistance during initial build‑out and up to 90 days post‑onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Support successful onboarding and adoption of procurement software for new entities.
• Provide hands‑on support during initial build‑out and up to 90 days post‑onboarding, troubleshooting and guiding internal stakeholders.
• Audit new supplier records for accuracy and integrate them into Greystar’s supplier environment.
• Assist with onboarding and testing new software and functionality prior to rollout.
• Identify opportunities to standardize onboarding processes and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Software Support, and PTP teams to maintain process integrity.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in client/site/community onboarding, implementation, or training/enablement roles.
• Working knowledge of procurement processes and software adoption practices.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Ability to assist with training and enablement delivery.
• Customer‑service orientation toward communities and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple concurrent onboarding engagements.
• Collaborative, cross‑functional mindset.
