Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing and customer engagement. As an Email Marketing Specialist you will build and manage lifecycle email programmes across multiple client accounts, covering segmentation, automation, campaign planning, testing and deliverability.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise automated email flows for multiple client accounts.
• Own segmentation strategy and maintain healthy, engaged subscriber lists.
• Develop campaign calendars aligned with client goals and customer journeys.
• Create and manage lifecycle programmes such as onboarding, nurture, retention and re‑engagement.
• Design and run structured A/B tests on subject lines, content, offers and timing.
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation and authentication, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with writers and designers to produce effective campaign assets.
• Track email performance and report on conversions and revenue attributed to email.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on email marketing experience.
• Experience managing email programmes across multiple campaigns or client accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate performance, conversions and revenue.
• Disciplined approach to A/B testing and clear communication of results to clients.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze or similar ESPs.
• Deep understanding of email deliverability standards including SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• Ability to design and code HTML/CSS email templates.
