You will create engaging lessons, build strong relationships with students, families, and staff, and support each child’s academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the company’s philosophy and state standards.
• Deliver instruction using varied teaching strategies, real‑world examples, and differentiated instruction.
• Maintain accurate student records, assess progress regularly, and generate progress reports.
• Identify and refer students with learning challenges to appropriate support personnel.
• Coordinate classroom activities, including field trips and preparation for state assessments.
• Participate in curriculum review and continuous improvement initiatives.
