About the role

Kelly is seeking an Education Recruiter to join its Huntsville office. You will help design and execute recruiting strategies, represent the Kelly brand, and manage the full‑cycle hiring process for educational talent.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community organizations, and educational institutions.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding for assigned positions.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Valid United States driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30% locally.
