Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are a lean remote team that works directly with the CEOs. The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will own day‑to‑day marketing execution, creating consumer‑facing content and using data to improve performance across social media and Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and post content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest for three brand families.
• Produce graphics and short‑form video (Reels, TikTok) using existing footage, including product demos, UGC‑style edits, hooks, text overlays and captions.
• Write on‑brand captions, manage the content calendar and engage with customers to surface feedback.
• Improve Amazon product pages (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, Brand Stores) using competitor analysis, reviews and conversion data.
• Direct the Amazon agency and freelance designers on listing enhancements and support new product launches.
• Own a monthly marketing scorecard, turn data into clear recommendations and coordinate brand assets with external partners.
• Assist with creator/UGC outreach, email/SMS campaigns, retailer content, packaging and other marketing projects as priorities shift.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of ecommerce or consumer marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience across multiple marketing channels.
• Ability to create polished social and ecommerce content, including short‑form video.
• Fluent, natural English writing skills.
• Comfort using marketing metrics to drive decisions.
• Understanding of ecommerce conversion and merchandising.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and question assumptions.
