E-Learning Instructional Designer – People Development

About the role

The People Development Experience Designer will execute the People Development Strategic Playbook, creating engaging blended learning experiences that support the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design, develop, and continuously improve online learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, gather design requirements, and develop effective e‑learning solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments, establish learning metrics, and evaluate ROI of development initiatives.
• Design and develop dynamic instructional content, simulations, and assessments using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe, and Synthesia.
• Manage multiple projects, create project plans, and ensure timely delivery of learning programs.
• Stay current with emerging learning technologies and integrate them into the People Development portfolio.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in L&D, HR, or Talent Management, preferably in technology, creative, or online gaming sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with LMS implementation and data‑driven decision making.
