Drywall Superintendent

About the role

The Drywall Superintendent will work closely with all members of the project team to supervise field employees and ensure each job is completed safely, on time, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction jobs and create/maintain construction schedules.
• Ensure all jobs follow safety standards and coordinate jobsite logistics.
• Develop employees by managing field foremen and fostering strong relationships with general contractors and clients.
• Collaborate with safety personnel to enforce safety rules and evaluate team skill levels, training needs, and performance.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of commercial drywall experience as a superintendent.
• Ability to instruct labor and project teams on methods and materials.
• Strong leadership, multi‑tasking ability, and work ethic.
• Willingness to work while wearing required personal protective equipment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management and time management software.
