About the role

Arch Express is seeking independent‑contractor drivers/couriers to pick up and deliver medical products, pharmaceuticals, specimens and other time‑sensitive items across the St. Louis Metro area. Drivers use their own reliable vehicle and are paid on a 100% commission basis each Friday.

Key responsibilities

Pick up and deliver medical and time‑sensitive items to businesses, homes and hospitals.
Maintain a reliable, safe, and fuel‑efficient vehicle while adhering to delivery schedules.

Required profile

Valid driver’s license, insurance and a satisfactory driving record.
Own a reliable vehicle that meets safety standards.
At least 2‑3 days of weekly availability, with early‑morning, evening or weekend slots preferred.
