Senior Transportation Coordinator

About the role

As a Senior Transportation Coordinator you will ensure the timely booking of outbound international freight, aligning shipments with affiliate delivery demands, corporate sales targets, and product supply availability. You will work cross‑functionally with corporate supply‑chain teams, carriers, distribution centers and production plants to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Submit AES filing with CBP and prepare all required customs documentation.
• Manage shipment exceptions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct financial procedures and monitor operating metrics such as detention management and automation objectives.
• Contact carriers for load status, monitor shipments for on‑time pick‑up, transit and delivery, and notify relevant groups of ocean‑transportation issues.
• Coordinate appointment schedules based on ocean‑carrier booking confirmations.
• Manage product returns in collaboration with Accounting Lead and Quality Assurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, freight forwarding (preferred) and international logistics.
• Eligibility for employment without visa sponsorship.
