Downstream Marketing Manager – Neptune 3

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Downstream Marketing Manager for Neptune 3, based in Portage with a hybrid or onsite arrangement. The role defines, develops and implements the brand strategy for specific products, product lines, lines of business or company-wide campaigns, using consumer insights and market intelligence to link brand identity to the company and its products. It works with business units, regions and channels to align brand positioning with customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy
• Guide others in extracting strategy from a marketing plan and coach them on competitor positioning and strengths and weaknesses
• Share marketing intelligence with the team and establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing
• Help the team use the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity
• Develop an effective KPI strategy and supervise data collection, analysis and reporting
• Manage a team of professionals: hiring, coaching, performance appraisals, discipline and fostering personal growth
• Collaborate and influence partners on cross-functional teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of work experience required
• Preferred: MBA, 5+ years of medical device or marketing/sales experience, 2+ years of people management experience

The pay range is $118,000 - $196,700 USD annually, with 30% travel expected.
