Downstream Marketing – Advanced Imaging (US)

About the role

As a US Downstream Marketing professional for Advanced Imaging, you will define product, solution and service requirements based on customer insights and market trends, aligning them with strategic marketing goals. Working with limited supervision, you will create detailed specifications, guide channel strategies and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain value propositions, business cases and detailed product, software and lifecycle specifications.
• Own clinical, economic and technical claims, collaborating with regional Centers of Excellence and cross‑functional teams.
• Use market insights, competitor activity and performance metrics to evaluate product success and refine roadmaps.
• Partner with regulatory affairs and quality assurance to ensure compliance and design testing protocols.
• Manage product launches, ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence and alignment with project objectives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing or related fields, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong stakeholder management, business acumen and ability to communicate with key opinion leaders.
• Experience guiding channel strategies and developing go‑to‑market plans.
