Donor Engagement & Growth Manager

About the role

CURE Epilepsy is seeking a Manager to lead data‑driven donor engagement, stewardship and growth initiatives. The role works across fundraising, communications and programs to deepen relationships with individual donors giving up to $10,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted engagement and stewardship strategies for donors up to $10,000 annually.
• Create donor journeys that move supporters from first‑time donors to recurring and major‑gift prospects.
• Analyze donor trends, segmentation and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage the annual giving strategy, including multi‑channel appeals and digital campaigns.
• Oversee memorial and tribute giving programs and related stewardship processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of progressive fundraising, annual giving or donor engagement experience.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for CURE Epilepsy’s mission and ability to communicate its impact.
• Experience using CRM systems (Blackbaud) and fundraising databases to drive decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management and collaboration skills.
