Documentum Senior Consultant – Raleigh, NC

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior consultant with deep expertise in Documentum ECM to join its Digital Experience unit in Raleigh, NC. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise content management solutions that support the end‑to‑end customer experience journey.

Key responsibilities

• Document business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture design decisions and guide the technical team.
• Code new features, integrate updates into existing applications and ensure system stability.
• Perform code reviews, manage code repositories and apply changes to the codebase.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug‑fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage the full SDLC from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Talent for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design, hands‑on coding and proactive testing.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams on software integration.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Documentum ECM (D2, Webtop, xCP, Product Suite).
• Strong understanding of content repositories and enterprise portals.
• Familiarity with Opentext CMS.
