District Field Trainer – Great Plains Region

About the role

KONE is seeking a District Field Trainer for its Great Plains region to lead and coordinate installation methods and process training across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level field training and guidance to support rollout of development projects and critical strategies.
• Ensure field crews deliver installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with codes and quality standards.
• Resolve complex technical challenges while driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive industry experience with management, coaching, and training responsibilities.
• Frontline labor operations or IUEC field foreman experience preferred.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% domestic and occasional international).

Required skills

• Working knowledge of safety regulations.
• Understanding of environmental regulations.
• General financial and accounting principles.
