Distribution Center Supervisor – 2nd Shift

About the role

3M is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd Shift at its DK6 Distribution Center in DeKalb, IL. You will lead a team of 50+ hourly employees, drive safety, quality and productivity improvements, and support Lean initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 50+ production hourly employees on the 2nd Shift.
• Implement process improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Determine staffing deployments and prioritize tasks for the shift.
• Support Lean Six Sigma annual cost‑savings goals and lead Tier meetings.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) completed and verified prior to start.
• Minimum three years of experience in distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing leadership.
• Willingness to work 2nd Shift hours (2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
