About the role
We’re looking for a Disposition Specialist to help sell wholesale and wholetail real estate deals to investors and cash buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Make 50+ outbound calls per day.
- Build and manage investor and cash‑buyer relationships.
- Market wholesale and wholetail properties.
- Track buyers, offers, follow‑ups, and deal activity in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal teams to move deals from contract to close.
- Negotiate pricing and terms when needed.
Required profile
- Experience in real‑estate wholesale, wholetail, or disposition.
- Familiarity with InvestorBase, PropStream, Zenlist, and Salesforce.
- Strong phone sales, follow‑up, and negotiation abilities.
- Organized, fast‑moving, and comfortable managing multiple deals.
