Director, Wholesale Planning

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Director to lead Women’s Wholesale Planning. In this senior position you will translate business strategy into actionable financial and inventory plans that drive profitable growth and support long‑term brand expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial, inventory and demand plans that align with growth and profitability objectives.
• Create forecasting strategies that balance consumer demand, account opportunities, inventory productivity and financial targets.
• Lead revenue, unit, margin and inventory forecasting for Women’s Wholesale and Premium businesses.
• Make investment recommendations that align business priorities with consumer demand and growth opportunities.
• Monitor sales trends, inventory productivity and account performance; lead scenario planning and business reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, Inventory Management, Supply Chain and Retail teams to align strategies and influence assortment, inventory and commercial decisions.
• Manage planning across multiple high‑growth accounts and product categories, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term growth investments.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in wholesale planning or similar financial forecasting roles.
• Strong analytical background with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience influencing senior executives and presenting in executive forums.
• Knowledge of women’s apparel or fashion wholesale business is preferred.
• Ability to manage a high‑performing team of planning professionals.
