Director, U.S. Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (Program Management)

About the role

Mastercard’s Loyalty Solutions team is looking for a seasoned Director to lead U.S. Consumer Acquisition and Engagement (CAE) program management. The role serves as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, driving adoption of the loyalty platform, delivering measurable business outcomes, and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Evangelize the loyalty platform, monitor usage, and recommend strategies to meet client KPIs and maximize ROI.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty and Executive stakeholders.
• Provide best‑practice guidance, use cases and playbooks, delivering data‑driven insights for client decisions.
• Conduct regular business reviews, status updates and coordinate internal resources to meet SLAs.
• Identify expansion opportunities, cross‑sell Mastercard solutions and ensure renewal readiness.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in customer success, account management or consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Background with loyalty, CRM, marketing or customer engagement programs.
• Proven record of hitting renewal targets, driving incremental value and retaining long‑term contracts.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
