Director, Quality

About the role

Allegion is seeking a Director, Quality to lead its global quality strategy across all business units and manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operations Support, the role will shape quality culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product excellence for a company that secures millions of homes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified global quality vision, standards, and policies.
• Provide quality leadership for new product development using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methods.
• Establish rigorous quality engineering support for key business areas and successful product launches.
• Develop and maintain accessible quality system processes, best practices, and methodologies for plants and suppliers.
• Promote adoption of best‑in‑class tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Collaborate with plant and business leaders to embed a prevention‑focused quality culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading quality functions in a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record of driving continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
