Director, Private Equity Value Creation – TMT

About the role

PWC is seeking a Director to lead its Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) practice within the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector. You will advise private‑equity investors in SaaS and software businesses, shaping growth strategies and guiding complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for PEVC‑TMT engagements and lead business‑development initiatives.
• Advise private‑equity clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring of SaaS/software assets.
• Oversee multiple high‑impact projects while maintaining executive‑level client relationships.
• Drive value creation by identifying market gaps, assessing opportunities and developing actionable frameworks.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, inclusive working environment across the PwC network.
• Uphold PwC’s standards of quality, integrity, inclusion and commercial mindset.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience at Director level within deal strategy, private‑equity or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of delivering growth‑oriented solutions.
• Ability to balance long‑term vision with short‑term execution and detail‑oriented thinking.
• Commitment to professional standards, ethical conduct and continuous learning.
