Director of Success

About the role

The Director of Success will own the post‑onboarding stage for Connecteam’s mid‑market enterprise and strategic accounts. This senior leader will drive long‑term retention, product adoption, and customer satisfaction while guiding implementation across all levels of large organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for customer success after onboarding, focusing on adoption, retention, and engagement for mid‑market and strategic accounts.
• Manage and mentor three specialized teams to ensure smooth product implementation and ongoing success.
• Drive retention, gross retention, and expansion through strategic, tailored engagement.
• Leverage expertise in large‑scale product implementation to guide organizations from C‑suite to frontline users.
• Own the customer journey post‑onboarding, ensuring continuous value delivery.
• Track and report on key success metrics such as retention rates and product adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate customer feedback into product improvements.
• Continuously improve customer success processes for efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading customer success or similar teams in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale implementations across multiple organizational levels.
• Strong track record of driving retention, expansion, and product adoption.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
