About the role

The Director of Property Management & Strategy leads LTSC’s property portfolio, ensuring both physical integrity and financial performance while delivering safe, satisfying living environments for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual operating strategy for the Property Management department, aligning staffing levels with performance benchmarks.
• Establish and refine detailed policies and procedures to guide departmental operations.
• Design and deploy tools for monitoring property performance, risk management, financial reporting, and budget preparation.
• Provide direct supervision and performance management to the Property Management team.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with affordable‑housing programs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the physical integrity of all managed buildings.
• Collaborate with vendors, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Contribute to LTSC’s senior leadership team on strategic planning and organizational goal‑setting.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in property management, preferably with affordable‑housing portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
