Director of Program Management

About the role

Bevi is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead its central PMO and drive new product introduction (NPI) programs from concept to launch. This senior, hands‑on position reports to the COO and combines team leadership with direct program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a team of five program managers handling complex cross‑functional hardware programs.
• Own and continuously improve Bevi’s phase‑gate process, ensuring clear go/no‑go decisions at each gate.
• Develop aggressive, evidence‑based schedules, identify risks early, and report status to leadership and the Board.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Sales to launch hardware at target quality, cost and supply readiness.
• Streamline PMO operations by consolidating information into a single system of record, leveraging automation and AI, and conducting post‑program reviews.

Required profile

• 10+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years leading a team of program managers.
• Proven track record delivering connected hardware through EVT, DVT, PVT and production launch.
• Experience with consumer, commercial or appliance‑type hardware and contract manufacturers.
• Strong ability to set aggressive schedules, track risks with evidence‑based status, and communicate directly with executives.
