Senior Sustaining Quality Engineer

About the role

Bevi is seeking a Senior Sustaining Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives for its connected beverage platform. Reporting to the Director of Quality Engineering, you will work across sustaining engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the quality team in identifying product issues, driving design changes and engineering change orders (ECOs) to meet component, subsystem and final product standards.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Customer Care and Field Service, triaging and resolving quality issues that affect end‑customers.
• Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to product, process and supplier changes, establishing CTQs, PFMEAs, control plans, MSA/GR&R, FAI and Ok2Ship documentation.
• Maintain manufacturing quality through tight process controls, preventive measures and corrective actions.
• Lead supplier qualification, manage supplier changes and run periodic quality data reports.
• Facilitate cross‑functional root‑cause analyses and present quality KPIs to leadership.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as a Quality Engineer (2‑3 years at senior level) with a strong background in APQP, statistical tools and root‑cause problem solving.
• Proven ability to lead process‑improvement teams, manage major projects and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Willingness to work in the office 4‑5 days per week and travel up to 20% (domestic and occasional international).
