About the role
We are partnering with a high‑growth global consumer brand to find a Director of Integrations. This senior leadership position sits at the heart of a major enterprise transformation, bridging architecture, operational excellence, and strategic delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of architects, senior developers, and developers across on‑shore and off‑shore locations.
- Own the stability and reliability of all integration pipelines spanning eCommerce, ERP, data lake, and enterprise applications.
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, and operational frameworks with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders.
- Manage the integration project portfolio from intake through delivery.
- Oversee platform licensing and contractor/MSP spend, driving cost optimisation and vendor governance.
- Lead integration workstreams for the SAP S/4HANA migration.
- Define the long‑term integration roadmap, including future MuleSoft platform evolution.
Required profile
- 8+ years of enterprise integration experience, with at least 3 years leading integration teams.
- Deep knowledge of integration architecture patterns, API design, and middleware platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with MuleSoft (strongly preferred) or comparable platforms such as Boomi or Informatica.
- ERP integration experience – SAP and/or NetSuite.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and data‑lake architectures.
- Proven ability to build operational structures (SLAs, metrics) without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Experience managing offshore/distributed teams and vendor relationships.
- Strong executive communication skills.

What we offer
- Base salary up to $225,000 per year
- 401(k) with up to 5% match
