Director of Graduate Business Programs

About the role

The Director of Graduate Business Programs provides college‑wide leadership and operational coordination for the E.J. Ourso College of Business graduate portfolio, with direct responsibility for the Flores MBA Program.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Office of Graduate Business Programs, overseeing master’s, graduate certificate, and doctoral programs.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Full‑Time, Online, and Executive MBA Flex formats, covering recruitment, admissions, enrollment, advising, and professional development.
• Partner with faculty on curriculum development, AACSB accreditation, program assessment, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise six professional staff and four MBA faculty, manage the MBA budget, revenue targets, and financial performance.
• Support college leadership in strategic development, market analysis, and alignment of graduate offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, management, higher education administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in higher education or related environment.
• Preferred: PhD and 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in graduate management education.
• Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams, managing budgets, and using data for decision‑making.
