Director of Financial Planning & Analysis – Corporate Finance

About the role

Vuori is seeking a seasoned Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead its Corporate Finance function. Reporting to the VP of Finance Planning & Analysis, you will shape financial strategy, drive forecasting excellence, and partner with senior leaders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with company objectives.
• Build consolidated financial models that incorporate revenue, cost, capital expenditures, and cash flow projections.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly close activities, financial analysis, and reporting for all corporate cost centers.
• Ensure alignment between FP&A forecasts and actual results, analyzing variances and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Prepare board and leadership materials, integrating financial results with business performance storytelling.
• Support ERP and EPM system implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and deploy financial tools, models, and KPI‑based dashboards in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving strategic financial decisions.
