Director of Corporate Facilities Management

About the role

Albertsons Companies is seeking a senior leader to oversee the operations and strategic direction of its corporate campus facilities across the United States. The Director will manage four corporate campuses, ensuring safe, efficient environments that support business growth and associate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Office Services & Facilities function for 15‑17 buildings, including mail, print, fleet, and food service operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for space utilization, occupancy management, and campus optimization.
• Own and manage an annual operating expense (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of up to $30 M.
• Serve as executive sponsor for all corporate facilities capital projects from design through completion.
• Oversee vendor strategy, RFQs, and sourcing to secure competitive pricing and service quality.
• Ensure compliance, consistent standards, and high‑quality service delivery for owned and leased facilities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing large, geographically dispersed facilities teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead change in a fast‑paced environment.
