Director of Corporate Communications

About the role

Breakthru is seeking a Director of Corporate Communications to protect and enhance the company’s reputation with all stakeholders. The role leads the development and deployment of the corporate narrative, engaging internal teams and external audiences to build thought leadership and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Execute internal communications strategies that align with corporate vision and mission across all functional groups.
• Serve as primary editor for the company intranet SharePoint site, corporate news pages, and social media channels.
• Craft executive communications, including PowerPoint presentations and announcements.
• Maintain and support the corporate website and Teams/SharePoint pages to keep stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure messaging reflects business strategy and drives employee engagement.

Required profile

• Organized, detail‑oriented professional with strong project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience advising senior executives and managing high‑visibility communications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
