About the role
Join the landmark reopening of the newly reimagined Royal Palm South Beach Miami. As Director of Catering, you will lead a high‑energy team to design and execute premium catering experiences for meetings, incentive travel, and lifestyle‑driven events in a world‑class beachfront hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic catering plan to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Lead a team of catering professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with clients to create customized menus and event packages.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to on‑site management.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct sales and marketing activities to promote catering services.
- Maintain a high standard of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
- Proven experience in catering management, preferably in luxury hotel or resort environments.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
