Director, Engagement Strategy

About the role

Razorfish Health, part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a Strategy Director for its strategy team. The role is the go-to person for uncovering insights and developing briefs, strategies and frameworks that lift creative work and deliver results for clients, advocating for customer-centric, data-inspired experiences that influence key moments along a treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Uncover business problems in collaboration with the internal team and clients
• Partner with the analytics team to uncover audience insights and summarize offline and online behavior research
• Develop creative briefs, strategic points of view and unique creative opportunities
• Work with creative teams so their work is clear, effective and on strategy
• Oversee internal and client-led research and insights
• Create journey-based communication and tactical plans
• Analyze how customers interact with content, devices, channels and media to build omnichannel experiences tailored to audience segments
• Develop measurement and optimization plans

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand, communications, digital or content strategy experience
• Strong writer, presenter and communicator
• Able to stay on top of consumer, media, healthcare and cultural trends
• Comfortable collaborating with the larger strategy team to develop briefs and guide the creative process
• Passion for brands and advertising

Required skills

• Digitally savvy, with experience of media-centric tools such as Comscore, MRI, Google Trends, Google Analytics and SEMrush
• Knowledge of all channels and technologies

What we offer

• Salary range of USD 106,780 to 170,937 per year, depending on skills and experience
