Director, Cyber Strategy & Resilience

About the role

As a Director in Cyber Strategy & Resilience, you will guide organisations through complex regulatory environments, develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and help clients manage risk and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end cybersecurity strategies for clients.
• Oversee regulatory compliance initiatives across frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, DORA, NYDFS and SEC.
• Provide strategic advice on navigating regulatory landscapes and internal control assessments.
• Identify market gaps, drive business development and convert opportunities into engagements.
• Promote technological advances, including Secure‑AI, GenAI security and AI governance.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering leadership within the practice.
• Maintain executive‑level client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, compliance or related advisory work.
• Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives and managing large‑scale projects.

Required skills

• NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
• ISO 27001.
• DORA, NYDFS and SEC regulatory frameworks.
• Secure‑AI strategy, governance and risk assessment for AI/GenAI.
• Cyber diligence, deal integration, carve‑out and Day‑1/Day‑100 execution.
