Director, Contracting Strategy & Administration

About the role

The Director, Contracting Strategy & Administration leads the design, financial modeling, and lifecycle management of Servier’s commercial and payer value propositions, ensuring contracts optimize patient access while protecting long‑term Gross‑to‑Net performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the commercial contracting framework, including discount tiers, rebate structures and value‑based or outcomes‑based models for commercial, Medicare Part D, PBMs and IDNs.
• Lead pre‑deal financial modeling, impact analysis and post‑deal evaluation to assess ROI and volume performance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end contract administration, including CMS maintenance, legal review, renewals, chargeback and rebate adjudication.
• Present strategic deal recommendations to the U.S. Pricing Committee and mentor a team of analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced financial degree preferred.
• 8‑10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience with at least 5 years in pricing, contracting strategy or managed markets.
• Experience in oncology or rare diseases is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate policy changes into commercial strategies and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in U.S. payer/PBM economics.
• Mastery of GTN financial modeling and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency with Contract Management System (CMS) operations.
• Advanced financial modeling and impact analysis.
